| The hunting is on strictly regulated private property, we do not over hunt our land. We manage for quality by light hunting pressure. We do not fine or penalize a hunter for shooting a smaller buck, that just let's our 150's, 160's, and 170's get another year older. We provide aerial photos, show you the property bounderies and tell you where the best locations are to hang your own stand. We take only non-smoking hunters NO EXCEPTIONS. Hunts are non-guided and there are no deer drives allowed. Lodging accomodations are included on a first come first serve basis and are limited. Iowa licenses are on a draw basis. If you are unsuccessful in the draw, you receive a preference point. The following year your chances are better in drawing a license. You apply by phone with a credit card.
